1. Your alarm is triggered.
When your ADT monitored system detects a potential emergency, it can send a signal to one of our Customer Monitoring Centers at any time of the day or night.
An ADT Professional can assess the situation. Depending on the type of signal received, the ADT Professional may call your home to determine if the alarm was accidentally activated.
3. The proper authorities are called.
In the event of an emergency, the ADT Customer Monitoring Center Professional will attempt to send the appropriate authorities to your home.
